Responsibilities We currently have a great opportunity available for a Business Relationship Manager. The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as the strategic interface between business functions and One IT, ensuring alignment between business priorities and enterprise technology capabilities. The BRM partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives and communicate technical opportunities, constraints, and risks to leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Business Relationship Manager connects business priorities with enterprise technology capabilities to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and delivered in alignment with organizational objectives. 1. Enterprise Strategic Alignment Travel: 10% The salary range for this role is $150K. - $160K. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administrator or related field required. 7+ years progressive experience in IT-Business alignment, enterprise applications, healthcare technology, or regulated industry environments required.
