Job Description Silvus is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager who will report to the FP&A Director on the Finance team. The successful individual in this role will bridge the gap between financial planning and operational execution, partnering closely with our Supply Chain and Engineering teams to optimize cost efficiency and profitability for our advanced Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) radios. The primary duty of this position is to perform high-level financial and operational analysis and lead strategic decision-making related to supply chain cost structure and profitability. This role operates with minimal supervision in exercising independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance to determine appropriate methods and approaches to prioritize and direct work based on business needs. This position is based at Silvus Technologies' headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. COMPENSATION: $135,000 - $175,000 / annually #silvuscareers The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data and will vary depending on the candidate's education, experience and qualifications.
