Play a pivotal role in delivering high-stakes, real-time clinical care across an entire academic medical center during overnight hours. This is a rare opportunity to function as the central clinical pharmacist in a Level 1 Trauma Center, where your expertise directly informs critical decisions and patient outcomes when it matters most. As a Clinical Pharmacist in Inpatient Acute Care Services, you will practice at the top of your license, balancing independent clinical judgment with collaborative, team-based care. This role offers exceptional breadth of exposure across patient populations and specialties, making it an ideal environment for accelerated clinical growth and autonomy. The Role In this overnight position, you serve as the primary clinical pharmacy resource for the hospital, working independently while supporting a multidisciplinary care team. The pace is dynamic and unpredictable, requiring strong prioritization, clinical judgment, and adaptability as you move between verification workflows and bedside emergencies. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull < 20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. Onboarding Requirements Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen. The pay range for this role is $133,889.60 - $185,265.60 annually.
