Impact You'll Make

As a key player in organizational change, you will implement and evolve change management strategies and tools, driving successful adoption of IT projects and operations. Your expertise will equip teams to embrace new processes and technologies, directly supporting the company's agility transformation and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Implement and manage the organizational change management strategy and tools for IT initiatives.
  • Drive and manage stakeholder analysis to identify key individuals and groups impacted by change.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment to ensure strong sponsorship and support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans.
  • Conduct change impact analysis to understand and address the effects of new initiatives on the organization.
  • Perform training needs analysis and oversee the development of necessary training programs.
  • Establish and implement change measurement strategies to track adoption and effectiveness.
  • Manage large-scale IT change initiatives and activities within a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Lead adoption efforts across multiple teams or departments, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Apply a strong understanding of change methodologies and principles to guide teams through adoption.
  • Utilize project management and problem-solving skills to manage individual work and a portfolio of projects.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
  • Apply change and agile principles to effectively manage project scope.
  • Promote a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment within the IT organization.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT change management, with 2-3 years specifically focused on IT initiatives. Candidates with more than 7 years of experience will not be considered for this role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change in large-scale adoption across multiple teams or departments.
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies and principles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end change management process, including Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and documents (e.g., Word).
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with change.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply change and agile principles to effectively manage scope.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, or PMP.
