  • Location: On-Site/Eau Claire, WI
  • Travel: Up to 50% to local and
    regional client sites/customer locations.
  • Required
    Experience:
    Bachelor's
    degree plus 3+ years OR Associate's degree plus 5+ years.
  • Schedule: Standard full-time schedule.
    Work hours may occasionally vary to support project deadlines, workload,
    and operational requirements.
  • Benefits
    Start:
    First of
    the month following 20 calendar days from date of hire.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate technician
    schedules and support project timelines, priorities, and scopes of work.
  • Lead the design and
    programming of HVAC controls and building automation systems.
  • Develop control drawings,
    sequences of operation, submittals, schematics, network layouts, material
    lists, and as-built documentation.
  • Provide technical direction,
    troubleshooting, training, and cross-training for field teams.
  • Support projects through
    installation, startup, testing, and commissioning.
  • Assist with estimates,
    proposals, hardware selection, material ordering, and technical
    recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients,
    design engineers, project managers, technicians, and leadership throughout
    each phase of the project.
  • Stay current with building
    automation technologies, product lines, industry practices, and required
    certifications.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for
an experienced building automation professional who combines strong controls
expertise with the ability to lead projects, support field teams, and solve
complex technical challenges.

  • Required
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in HVAC,
      Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field,
      PLUS three or more years of
      experience in service, controls, or mechanical plumbing/HVAC;
      OR an Associate's degree in a
      related field,
      PLUS five or more years of experience leading projects and teams
      within the building automation field.
    • Experience with control
      systems such as Distech Controls, Trane, Johnson Controls, Alerton,
      Automated Logic, or Siemens.
    • Knowledge of and experience
      working with the Tridium Niagara platform.
    • Experience leading building
      automation projects through all phases of implementation.
    • Experience with information
      technology and networking.
    • Knowledge of HVAC equipment,
      installation techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials,
      and applicable industry standards, including system prefabrication and
      installation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft
      Office, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat Pro, estimating software, Procore,
      Primavera, or other project management software, as well as file-sharing
      systems.
    • Niagara4 certification is
      preferred.
    • Must possess and maintain a
      valid driver's license.
