*Hybrid Position*


Provides administrative and operational support for document processing, records management, return mail handling, and data maintenance activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to Bank procedures. This role also supports customer and internal team needs by identifying service opportunities, maintaining quality standards for document imaging and indexing, and assisting with updates to procedures and training for backup team members.



JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Assist in the development of new business for Firstrust. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Directs customers to the appropriate person to open account. Actively sells and promotes corporate products to potential and existing customers. Possesses knowledge of corporate products and services to suggest products



  1. Responsible for daily processing of related Bank documents to include but not limited to:


    • Review for clarity and completion
    • Scan and index as directed by procedures.
    • Validate the quality of image and index
    • Support processes to identification of missing paperwork
    • Process Flags/Codes in core system as directed by procedures


  2. Responsible for processing Return Mail within the established procedures and appropriate banking regulations.
  3. Reviews operational reports to validate changes in relation to address maintenance of fields/flag.
  4. Review Data Maintenance forms for title and address changes to ensure forms support system changes. Missing information should be updated on Community Banking's reports and necessary system information related to addresses should be performed.
  5. Update procedures as necessary ensuring compliance with regulations.
  6. Provide training to back up team members
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by Management



PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • The employee may be required to lift files/materials up to 20 pounds to take to various locations.
  • The incumbent will be expected to operate a computer terminal.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:



  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Communicates clearly and professionally via telephone/email
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivator and good problem-solving skills
  • Good organization and time management skills to help support competing priorities
  • Demonstrates friendly, positive attitude
