Energy Solutions is seeking aSenior Project Managerfor the Energy Efficiency department tomanage andsupportlarge or complexutility midstream incentiveprograms. This rolemanagesclient meetings,partners withutility or public-sector stakeholders,managesan internal program implementationteam,optimizesprogram implementation operations for effectiveness, efficiency, and quality control, andadvisesinternal stakeholders on program performancemetrics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Manage and overseelarge-scale, complex demand side management programs from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with clientobjectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities
  • Execute and adaptprogram implementationapproachesinresponse to evolving market conditions, stakeholder needs, and operational constraints
  • Manage day-to-dayprogram delivery, track timelines, and quality standards andescalatesissues to leadership as appropriate
  • Contribute to thedevelopment ofmulti-year program strategies and annual workplans tooptimizeprogram performance, market participation, and energy savings outcomes
  • Coordinatecross-functional program implementation teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Coach and guideteam members to ensure high-quality deliverables, effective workload management, and professional development
  • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders (e.g., analytics, operations, finance, compliance) to align integrated program execution
  • Serveas the primary client-facing project contact,managingongoing relationships with utility, utility program administrator, or public-sector clients
  • Resolvecomplex client issues independently, escalating whenappropriate, whilemaintainingstrong client trust and satisfaction
  • Manageprogram budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with contractual and organizational requirements
  • Track and report on establishedKPIs and performance metrics,surfacingdata insights for review and discussion with leadership
  • Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements, client contracts, and internal policies
  • Assess and mitigateprogram risks andimplementcorrective actions as needed
  • Overseequality control processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
  • 8years of relevant experienceof progressively responsible experience managing complex programs or projects, within energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or a regulated industry
  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including complex data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze program data, budgets, and performance metrics to inform strategic and operational decisions
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and balance competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior staff
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectivelyutilizeinternal systems, databases, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Slack)



The salary range for this role is $92,000 - $125,000 with a target compensation of $92,000 - $106,250 based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce

Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices insix different locations. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.
