Senior Opto-Mechanical Technician (6 month contract)
Overview Waters is seeking a Senior Opto-Mechanical Technician to join our Development Engineering team. This individual will effectively assemble, test, and troubleshoot electro/opto/mechanical problems in a fast-paced new product development environment. This role provides opportunities to contribute or lead daily development activities in both an individual and team capacity. Utilize computer skills to perform basic data collection. Provide analysis during prototyping and engagement with the engineering team analyzing designs.
This role is an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend. The individual will be hired as a contingent worker through Waters' primary temporary staffing partner. Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to
Assist Development Team with technical support necessary for the department to meet project schedules in alignment with objectives.
