The Temple University's Institutional Advancement is searching for an Assistant Vice President, Principal Gift and Campaign Communications. Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 Position Summary The AVP partners closely with Institutional Advancement (IA) leadership, academic leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure that principal gift proposals, campaign cases, and related communications are compelling, strategically aligned, and executed with discipline and purpose. This role plays a critical part in advancing the university's fundraising campaign by elevating the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of donor-facing materials and ensuring a coordinated and highly personalized donor experience. The successful candidate will be an experienced communications strategist and writer with demonstrated success supporting principal and major gift fundraising in a complex organization.
