If so, consider joining the Bureau of County Program Oversight as a Program Analyst in the Treatment Division. This position works directly with our 47 Single County Authorities (SCAs) by monitoring, guiding, supporting, and assisting SCAs through review of treatment needs assessments, treatment and service plans, and/or updates. You will have the opportunity to conduct on-site visits to assess quality of case management, treatment, and treatment-related activities to ensure compliance with federal requirements and best practice standards. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a representative of the Department of Drug and Alcohol Services (DDAP), you will perform professional, consultative, and administrative work on behalf of, and throughout the Commonwealth's Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Service System. Work involves planning, developing, assessing quality, providing technical assistance, and monitoring programs associated with substance use treatment and treatment-related services. As a Drug and Alcohol Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
- Program Monitoring: Review treatment plans, assess county needs, and evaluate services for compliance with state and federal requirements
- Data Analysis: Collect and interpret program data to support planning, development, and improvement of treatment and recovery services
- Grant Oversight: Manage federally funded grants by reviewing budgets, contracts, reports, and project activities
- Technical Assistance: Support providers by helping develop policies, procedures, and tools that promote compliance and quality care
- Recovery Support: Work with counties to strengthen recovery services and connect individuals to needed resources
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in committees, meetings, and community efforts to support common goals and improve statewide services

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment

- Work hours: Candidate may choose to work a 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift or 8:30 AM to 5:00PM shift, Monday - Friday
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report in-office 2 days per week and for special events. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs including one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience of the same; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
