Job Summary The Senior Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support West Bend's strategic goals. This role manages full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including critical, complex, and officer level positions, while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HRBPs The Senior Corporate Recruiter provides consultive guidance on recruiting strategies, leverages labor market insights to influence decisions, and contributes to employer branding and process improvements. In addition, this role mentors junior team members and serves as the team's subject matter expert on pre-employment assessments, ensuring consistent usage and vendor alignment in partnership with the TA Manager and Talent COE leader. Work Location Hybrid This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend or Madison. Responsibilities & Qualifications What You'll Be Responsible For

Salary Statement The salary range for this position is $87,000-$112,000. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
