Job Summary Maricopa Corporate College (MCOR) is seeking an innovative, self-starting Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at storytelling across multiple platforms and brings a strong command of digital advertising tools and social media management. In this role, you will serve as the primary voice for MCOR's digital presence, developing content and inbound marketing campaigns designed to drive lead generation and build brand awareness for both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences. While collaborating on MCOR's marketing automation systems, your primary focus will be on social media strategy, high-impact digital advertising, and multi-channel content creation. By joining the MCOR team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll help us empower individuals and businesses through innovative training and professional development. Essential Functions 40% - Manages the strategy and execution of social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns (PPC and Social), including Google Ads, to drive brand awareness and program enrollment. 30% - Develops engaging content for inbound initiatives, including blog posts, landing pages, email copy, and videos, utilizing tools like Canva and Adobe InDesign. 15% - Conducts targeted and mass outreach to nurture leads and drive enrollment to programs at MCOR and the Maricopa Community Colleges. 5% - Supports communications and logistics for special events to promote brand visibility and lead generation. 5% - Develops and prepares reports, outreach plans, and presentations as needed, to optimize marketing efforts. 5% - Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in public relations, marketing, journalism, communications, or related field, and two years of professional journey level experience in developing and implementing public relations and marketing activities, inbound marketing content projects, and campaigns. OR An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above, sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.
