Senior Director of Advancement Operations and Data Analysis
Position Classification:

Location:
Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options; 10-15% travel, domestic and international
Position Overview:
The Senior Director, Advancement Operations and Data Analysis provides leadership for business operations, data, and operational infrastructure of the Resource Generation Branch (RGB). This role oversees three core functional areas-Gift Administration, Prospect Management and Research, and Data Operations and Analysis-serving as a throughline that integrates people, processes, systems, and data. The Senior Director ensures that these functions operate as a cohesive, standardized, and data-centric ecosystem, combining deep expertise in both fundraising and data analysis, ensuring that fundraising leaders have the insights to inform strategy and measure their results. This position serves as the non-technical business owner for systems and platforms used across the branch that enable analysis, reporting, forecasting, and donor records management, including strategy for optimized use of Salesforce. Reporting to the Managing Director of Advancement Strategy and Operations, the Senior Director leads annual and multiyear projections and forecasting processes, supports the infrastructure for the establishment and management of branch-wide key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, and ensures data integrity, governance, and compliance across all systems. This role works closely with the Business Information Systems (BIS) team, Finance, and in coordination with all revenue teams.

The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $159,650-180,250 and may vary depending on multiple, individualized factors including functional experience and job-related experience.
