Entry-Level Lift Spotter - Data Center Position Overview We are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Lift Spotters within a fast-paced data center environment. This position is an excellent starting point for those interested in building a career in the growing data center and critical infrastructure industry. This role offers hands-on exposure to site operations while emphasizing safety, teamwork, and reliability. Key Responsibilities * Support lift operators by ensuring safe movement and positioning within the data center * Maintain clear visual and verbal communication with operators and team members * Continuously observe the work area to identify hazards or obstructions * Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific protocols * Help establish and maintain safe work zones to protect personnel and equipment * Assist with general site duties, including setup and cleanup Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or similar environments * Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety * Willingness to learn and consistently follow established procedures * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods * Comfortable working long shifts in an active environment * Ability to remain alert and focused throughout the workday Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
