Description The Network Manager will evaluate current network infrastructure and provide insight on potential improvements in both technology and processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining network connectivity for over 4800 users on an Enterprise level network. All Arista , Juniper and F5 equipment is one generation behind and we are currently evaluating the newest technology out from those companies for refresh. * Datacenter Network manager expertise (7-10 years). Will have experience with core networking and have both design and Operations experience * Core switching experience (cloud experience a plus) Extensive understand of multisite routing New data center network design and planning * Collaborates with other support service teams to evaluate developing technologies and their viability as part of the overall infrastructure roadmap * Provide third tier support for all network related issues * Monitor and continue to improve network-monitoring tools and processes * Continually develop team skillset and troubleshoot abilities * Work closely with other information technology teams (application development, database administrators, systems administrators and desktop support) to deploy new solutions based on end user and security requirements. * Create and maintain up to date network diagrams for the networking equipment at headquarters, disaster recovery and well as the 40+ WAN locations * Ensure fault tolerate design of all data center components as well as other critical components located outside of the headquarters Data Center Experience in the following highly preferred: * Cisco Routers, Switches and Wireless Access Controllers * Cisco UCS and Neat bar conferencing solutions * Arista Vxlan and hardware Spine / Leaf architecture * Juniper switching / routing * F5 Load Balancers GTM/ LTM * NetBrain * Advanced Wi-Fi understanding * Solarwinds Orion Network Performance Monitor * Extra Hop * VMWare Networking / VMWare NSX * Standard firewall understanding both perimeter and LAN * BGP and multicast Routing Protocols * Designing, maintaining and testing disaster recovery sites * Automation experience is a plus Skills Network engineering, Router, Network infrastructure Top Skills Details Network engineering,Router,Network infrastructure Additional Skills & Qualifications Government experience is ideal Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.
