Essential Functions & Responsibilities Operations TechnicianAs an Operations Technician you will be responsible for performing field work on a customer site in Whiting, IN to meet the goals of the onsite operation of centrifuge equipment in a safe and conscientious manner.
Position Summary
The Operator Technician is responsible to assist with the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of centrifuge systems used for sludge dewatering within the British Petroleum (BP) oil refinery wastewater treatment facility. This role supports Chemical Operators to achieve environmental compliance, waste minimization, and continuous operations by monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining centrifuge equipment and associated processes.
