Position Summary
Asan IMSCustomer Repair Support Specialistat STERIS, youprovideonsite services toInstrument Management Services (IMS)Customers within amarketgeography. This includes analysisof repairtrending, inventory management, and Customerengagement. Your goal is toreduce or limit theamountofdevice andinstrumentrepairstoensure surgical assets are Procedure Ready.You will usespecialized knowledge in instruments and/or devices to achieve effective analysis, problem-solving techniques, process evaluations,andCustomer education. You willdeliver value-added activities to drive current contract value and enhance Customer retention and engagement.You will workcross functionallywith sales and operations toidentifyopportunities andissues. Pay range for this opportunity is$21.25-$27.50. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
