About the Opportunity:
- Maintain transfer and production operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Verifies all loading and unloading of material for assurance.
- Assists with Inventory Control for verification of counts and material.
- Complete loading and unloading documentation when needed.
- The employee is responsible for the racking of material per instruction.

What You'll Do:
- Communicating to the supervisor any problems with material, racks, or trucks.
- Assisting with processing inbound and outbound racks when needed.
- Assemble customer shipments from OSS and place castings in crates.
- Relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Prepare product for shipping.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in a clean, orderly, and visually attractive manner in compliance with 5S policy.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated.
- Schedules and coordinates the truck activities.
- Unloads articles at warehouse location or a Spring facility as directed by management.
- Maintains truck log by completing the Inspection form weekly.
- Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water before leaving the facility.
- Advise the supervisor if servicing is needed.
- Perform Emergency Roadside repairs.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience with forklift and Pallet Jack.
What Sets You Apart:
- Able to follow all forklift safety regulations, including but not limited to always wearing your seatbelt.
- Have a current Forklift Certification.
- Speaking in English and Spanish.
- The ability to work safely.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Also, in times of necessity, a forklift driver will have the same duties as a general laborer.
- Drives the Spring's truck to destinations and picks up donated items.
- The ability to work overtime.
- Able to work weekends.
- Standing for an extended amount of time, including but not limited to 6-8-hour time periods.
- Needs up to 50 lbs. to be lifted.
- Walking, standing, using hands, stooping/kneeling, reaching, and pushing/pulling are required in the course of job duties each day.
- Noise level is high.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a 'U.S. Person', as defined in ITAR clause 120.15.
