Finance Rotational Analyst

Huntsman is seeking a Finance Rotational Analyst supporting the Finance Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Global Financial Reporting & Analytics Sr Director .

Job Scope

The Huntsman Finance Rotational Analyst is a dynamic and challenging 2-3 year professional development program for recent graduates or new career professionals. The intent is to develop potential future leaders of the finance organization.

Program associates will receive hands-on experience and enhanced learning opportunities in a work setting at our Headquarters located in The Woodlands. This is a full-time permanent position with Huntsman and is benefit eligible.

In summary, as the Finance Rotational Analyst, you will:
  • Rotate every 6-9 months into different departments and/or divisions within the program
  • Work across departments including Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Accounting, Consolidation, and Divisional Performance Management
  • Gain exposure to and mentorship from senior leaders within Huntsman's Finance organization
  • Present to senior leaders across departments at the end of each rotation
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions with rotation managers to maximize performance and growth opportunities
  • Upon successful completion of the program, transition into a full-time position within Huntsman
Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's Degree with a minimum of 12 hours of Accounting, or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years of related experience
  • Sponsorship now or in the future is not approved for this role
Skills and Knowledge
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Willingness to resolve issues and problems in a timely manner
  • Resourceful self-starter with the commitment and drive to meet or exceed high standards and objectives
  • Strong and open communication skills with team members and diverse audiences
  • Ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization and present ideas persuasively
  • Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Strong computer skills using Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial certification such as CPA or CMA, or working toward certification
