Position Overview The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) partners with community bank clients to identify cross-sell opportunities, support onboarding, and manage a small business treasury portfolio. This role requires strong knowledge of the bank's treasury management products and services, along with the ability to recommend solutions, influence sales outcomes, and provide exceptional client support. The TMO works closely with internal partners and external clients to expand relationships, increase revenue, and ensure a high level of service. This position also supports the Treasury Management Sales Team through proposal preparation, pricing support, implementation coordination, and account analysis. Essential Job Functions

Location Details This position is considered a hybrid role based in Aurora, IL (37 S. River Street). With management approval, an incumbent may work a combination of remote and onsite work to perform the regular responsibilities of the role. Actual schedule requirements may vary based upon business needs. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $61,400 - $83,400 annually. Officer Bonus Eligible: Eligible to participate in the Annual Officer Incentive plan with a target bonus up to 40% of base salary based various performance components.
