Responsibilities
Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center is looking for a Manager of Information Services! Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center is a 97-bed facility located in Springfield, Illinois. We provide youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self-responsibility and personal growth. We are the only facility of our kind in Central Illinois! We provide psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents that present with a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral disorders. A clinically skilled multidisciplinary team works to partner with the youth and family to accomplish their goals in a supportive and therapeutic environment. The Manager of Information Services will provide oversight and technical support of facility's computer network and all associated technologies. Support includes Microsoft Windows PCs, Printers, networking equipment, phone systems, EMR, DVRs ETC. The hands-on manager must resolve and troubleshoot any malfunctions involved with the above listed equipment to ensure all end user and business needs are met. Education: High School Dipoloma required; associates or technical degree preferred. Experience: Previous experience working in Microsoft Windows environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, general networking (LAN\WAN), telecom systems and any other IT related equipment and IT responsibilities. Previous experience with Cerner EMR preffered. One (1) year experience in a health setting preferred. Benefits include:
