We're looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Security Engineering to join Procore's Security Engineering organization. In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of large-scale, transformational programs to build and scale an agentic security fleet - an AI-driven, autonomous system that continuously identifies, prioritizes, and remediates threats across Procore's SaaS platform. Your primary goal is to drive the end-to-end delivery of this next-generation security capability, turning complex, ambiguous initiatives into coordinated programs that ship. As a Staff TPM, you'll partner with Security, Product & Technology, IT, and GRC teams to drive alignment, unblock dependencies, and keep the most consequential security programs on track. Use your program leadership, systems thinking, and ability to influence without authority to deliver a security fleet that operates at machine speed and scales with Procore's growth. Base Pay Range: 168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
