NDE Technician Job Description:
*The preferred candidate will possess exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, and will work as part of a cohesive and dedicated team of scientist, engineers, and technicians responsible for the development of Nondestructive Evaluation methods
*The candidate must possess an affinity for working independently and following instructions
*The candidate must show ability to work both hands-on and with automated data collection systems
*Key functions also include
oCreating custom fixtures and tooling to meet critical inspection needs
oEffective daily planning to achieve milestones as set by scientists or engineers
oUsing hand tools such as drills, strapping machine, pallet jack
*Proctoring of data collection
oAttention to detail
oPotential Travel, domestic and/or international
*The ideal candidate will learn and perform Nondestructive inspections

Basic Qualifications:
*AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or NDT Level II in at least one NDT method
*US person status is required

Preferred Qualifications:
*AA/AS Degree
*Experience running process related equipment
*Demonstrated success working across multi-functional organizations and with all levels of management
*Exhibited clear and effective communication, both verbal and written
*Confirmed effectiveness as a detail-oriented individual possessing the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible, fast-paced, and challenging environment to effectively meet deadlines
