As a member of a dynamic sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships with small and medium-sized customers. Daily interaction with your assigned customer territory using digital platforms. Ability to achieve company and personal sales goals in a fast-paced environment while executing market strategies by engaging customers and developing value propositions that meet their needs.

Essential Functions

* Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer's business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions.

* Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams, such as sales counterparts and operations as well as other internal partners like to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

* Regularly engages with customers to ensure customer understanding of service offerings and to maximize customer utilization of products and services.

* Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education/Minimum Experience

To be considered for this position you must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR one (1) year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Solution Building, Time Management, Organization, Self-Motivation, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Ability to build and maintain client relationships, Leveraging Technology

Preferred Qualifications: Quantifiable & Measurable Sales Achievements, Sales Experience using Digital tools/CRM.
