CyQu Marketplace Analyst

The CyQu Marketplace Strategy & Operations Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the CyQu Marketplace Leader, supporting the execution, growth, and evolution of Aon's Cyber Technology Marketplace.

This highly visible role combines project management, executive communications, stakeholder coordination, business operations, and strategic planning. Working closely with Marketplace leadership and stakeholders across Cyber Solutions, Broking, Carriers, Providers, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams, this individual will help drive key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, develop executive-level materials, and support successful execution of Marketplace priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, developing executive presentations, driving accountability across teams, and helping turn strategy into action.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York, NY or Chicago, IL office.

What the day will look like

Strategic Program Management & Execution

  • Support execution of the CyQu Marketplace strategy, roadmap, and key initiatives.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
  • Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and help drive accountability across teams.
  • Support strategic planning, governance activities, and leadership reporting.

Chief of Staff Support & Executive Communications

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CyQu Marketplace Leader, helping manage priorities, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare executive briefings, meeting materials, talking points, summaries, and leadership communications.
  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, roadmaps, business cases, and strategic updates.
  • Translate complex concepts and data into concise, visually compelling materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination & Marketplace Operations

  • Coordinate activities across brokers, carriers, providers, legal, operations, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, working sessions, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of priorities.
  • Support provider onboarding, broker enablement initiatives, strategic partnerships, and Marketplace governance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.

Reporting & Business Insights

  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that support leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze Marketplace activity, adoption, referral trends, and operational performance.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable recommendations and executive summaries.
  • Leverage AI and technology tools to improve reporting, communication, and business processes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, consulting, strategy, insurance, technology, financial services, or a related field.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations, roadmaps, strategic communications, and client-facing materials.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and business performance tracking.
  • Strong project management experience coordinating multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders through strategic planning, communications, meeting preparation, and special projects.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed organization and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, reporting, communication, and decision-making is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within cyber insurance, insurance brokerage, technology, consulting, professional services, or risk management is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $84,755 - $110,170 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
