Portfolio Accounting Analyst Requirements 2+ years of experience in the mortgage, accounting, or financial corporate field A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics Strong understanding of financial accounting principles Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Job Duties Set up and maintain asset profiles in the trust accounting and reporting system Reconcile financial data across multiple databases and reporting platforms Manage daily cash receipting, wire transfers, and investment transactions Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity Coordinate with the Operations Group on bond and loan settlements Review and reconcile overdrawn accounts Respond promptly to bondholder and client inquiries Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
