Job Title: Engagement Manager

Location(s): Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Program/Project Managers by providing project schedule, cost, financial, and performance information for project monitoring and control.
  • Gather, analyze, and report project data to support decision-making.
  • Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and budget status reporting.
  • Monitor project schedules and provide regular project status updates.
  • Develop and maintain project reporting standards and documentation.
  • Create and maintain project communication plans.
  • Understand client requirements and support project goal setting.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple business units involved in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project management processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of standard project management methodologies and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology or Engineering).
  • 3-4 years of experience in an IT project environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification or formal project management training (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
