Requirements 2+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience operating high-speed industrial machinery Proficient using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Operate and monitor high-speed machinery in a production environment Set up machines for production runs and make necessary adjustments Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product quality and consistency Verify specifications using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Identify and report equipment issues or production defects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Communicate machine performance and production status Follow all company safety and quality standards Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
