Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures
• Ability to safely operate production equipment
• Resourceful, organized, and efficient work style
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Job Duties

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including injection molding presses, CNC machines, and lathe-type slicers
• Set up machinery within assigned production cell
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Use manual and pneumatic ratchets, hex wrenches, and box-end wrenches as needed
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
