We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Financial Counselor to join our oncology team and serve as a trusted resource for patients navigating the financial aspects of their care. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, providers, and insurance partners to help patients understand their benefits, estimate out-of-pocket costs, explore financial assistance programs, and remove barriers to treatment. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and insurance knowledge with exceptional customer service skills, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting patients during some of life's most difficult moments. This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, direct patient engagement, and a high level of organization to ensure timely and accurate financial processes. The PFC will work in a hybrid schedule and is expected to meet with patients both in person and virtually to discuss financial options and assist with payment solutions. Patient Financial Counselor:
