Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a litigation associate to join one of the California offices. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes, primarily in the construction sector, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
  • Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience.
  • Candidate must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California.
  • Candidate must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.
  • Federal clerkship experience is preferred.
Compensation/Other:
  • $225,000 - $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role in California.
