The College of Medicine Center for Student Success is seeking a full-time Program Manager to collaborate with undergraduate students, faculty, and staff in the development and oversight of experiential learning opportunities. These experiences provide students with valuable exposure to distinguished clinicians, nationally recognized healthcare and research leaders, and professionals from a wide range of disciplines. The Program Manager will play a key role in planning, designing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving experiential learning initiatives across clinical, research, and service-learning domains. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality undergraduate experiential learning programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of accountability, professionalism, and sound judgment in working with students, faculty, staff, administrators, and external partners. This role requires effective relationship-building, problem-solving, and collaboration to support meaningful learning experiences for undergraduate students.

*Serve as administrative co-director of the Medical Sciences Summer Institute (MSSI) project team, overseeing all administrative responsibilities to support successful program planning, implementation, and operation.
*Coordinate experiential learning placements and manage the onboarding process for these opportunities, including but not limited to the Healthcare Exploration Program, clinical shadowing, research experiences, and community-engaged service learning.
*Evaluate students' needs around experiential learning opportunities and recommend additional support when needed.
*Provide financial administrative support for experiential learning initiatives, including approving and monitoring expenditures, preparing budget requests, and financial reports.
*Implement Program, College, University, and external partner policies and procedures relevant to experiential learning.
*Monitor qualitative and quantitative data on progress toward experiential learning objectives.
*Create and execute processes to track student outcomes; assist in developing progress reports.
*Work closely with faculty and staff on programmatic and student issues.
*Act as a liaison to other relevant internal departments, centers and programs along with external entities and community organizations.
*Engage in ongoing professional development and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge about student success practices, policies, and technologies at the university and in higher education.
*Function as a member of the Center for Student Success team to ensure the proper workflow and outcomes.
*Attend related meetings and functions.
*May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to student workers (i.e., hiring, evaluation, disciplinary action, scheduling, etc.).

• Bachelor's Degree
• Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement

• Three (3) years of relevant experience.
