Pay $32.83 - $38.29 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications Plus shift differential of $2.00 for any hours worked on 3rd Shift Schedule 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.) Onsite; other days and hours as needed Location 272 Patton Farm Road, Stuarts Draft, Virginia 24477 Job Summary
- Maintain liquid and dry bulk systems
- Operate, monitor, troubleshoot and repair blowers, pumps, sifters, valves, rotary valves, diverter valves, dust collectors, unloading equipment and all other bulk system equipment
- Responsible for checking meter and load cell calibrations and making draws to assure the system is delivering the proper quantity of ingredients
- Assist Bulk Sanitation Crew to disassemble equipment
- Gather information on equipment and enter in MAXIMO
- Create spare parts list and enter requisitions for spare parts
- Write and perform PM procedures
- Perform all other related duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors)
- Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
- Experience with computer interface equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong initiative in current position
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, call-ins, and flexible hours
- Must provide own tools required for this position
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years experience in industrial maintenance
- Vocational/technical school graduate or Apprenticeship program certificate with courses in blueprint reading, pneumatics, electrical/electronics, pumps, and valves
- Previous liquid systems including pumps, valves, meters, and piping experience
- Previous electrical/electronic troubleshooting and computer controlled systems experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Lift Truck Operator license
