The Center for Veterans Issues, Inc. (CVI) is looking for a dependable, skilled, and mission-driven Maintenance Worker to help keep our properties safe, comfortable, and welcoming for the Veterans we serve. What You'll DoWorking closely with the Maintenance Lead, you will help maintain CVI properties and ensure they meet fire, building, HUD, and Housing Authority standards. You'll help keep maintenance work moving with at least 90% of assigned tasks completed on time, strong participation in preventive maintenance, full compliance with safety and tool-care requirements, reliable attendance, and growing proficiency in Buildium. Physical and Work RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position performed indoors and outdoors across multiple locations and in varying weather conditions. The role requires prolonged standing and walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in tight or elevated spaces.
