OverviewThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safety and direction of the maintenance resources serving the facility. This position also works with Operations and Engineering groups to understand their maintenance needs for daily work and shutdowns as well as providing the necessary resources to meet those needs. The Maintenance Manager plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and evaluates the work of the maintenance team. The position develops and monitors short- and long-term goals and objectives focused on achieving the company's mission and assigned priorities. In addition, the Maintenance Manager participates in developing, implementing, and evaluating plans, work processes, policies, systems, and budgets to achieve goals within US Nitrogen. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities and Duties
US Nitrogen, LLC operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This position will be exposed to all elements of the weather on the plant site.
