Overview
Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $35.81-38.96 Hourly Start Date: Aug 17, 2026 Aquent is partnering with a major medical client to source a Patient Scheduler to support their Pre-Anesthesia Clinic. In this critical role, you will coordinate patient appointments utilizing established scheduling workflows and criteria. Responsible for reviewing scheduling reports within the Electronic Health Record (Epic), you will contact patients directly to arrange appropriate pre-anesthesia appointments (in-person or virtual) based on clinical guidelines. The ideal candidate works collaboratively with a team of fellow schedulers, patient care coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure timely access to care for patients preparing for surgery. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.81 to $38.96 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
