The Senior Director Clinical Operations provides program leadership for strategic planning, clinical excellence, personnel management, fiscal accountability, and operational effectiveness.

Collaborates effectively across programs, hospitals and with all clinical and business divisions to develop and/or enhance programs and service delivery in a coordinated way to best serve patients and community.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• 10 or more years of Job-related experience.
• 8 years of Senior level management experience in health care, preferably in leading, organizing and managing major clinical programs and business services and functions.
• Solid financial background gained through both operational and business planning experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
