JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across our Media & Broadcast Technology organization. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner supporting engineering, technology, and operational teams responsible for powering FOX's broadcast, digital media, and video distribution platforms. The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner closely with technology leaders to attract and hire specialized talent across media systems, video engineering, broadcast technology, enterprise platforms, data and platform engineering, and digital infrastructure. Success in this role requires strong technical recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify talent in highly specialized markets. The ideal candidate understands that these roles often require a unique combination of software, infrastructure, video, cloud, networking, and broadcast expertise, and can effectively translate complex hiring needs into successful recruiting strategies. This role will be closely tied to Media & Broadcast Technology, Video Platform Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Data & Platform Engineering, and the Tempe Media Center. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $89,000.00-125,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
