Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leverage AI (such as Cursor and Claude) to accelerate the design, implementation, and documentation of applications and integrations supporting capabilities across the bank (e.g., client onboarding, payments, fraud detection, servicing, etc.). Design and build responsive, interactive user interfaces using modern frameworks like React or Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. Architect, develop and maintain robust server-side logic, integrations and microservices/APIs using C# and/or Python. Manage the complete software process from initial concept and prototyping, application design, development, and CI/CD pipelines. Work closely with the Cloud Infrastructure team to ensure application deployment per environment, monitoring and FinOps awareness. Providing appropriate documentation for design reviews as well as handoffs to TechOps team for deployment and production monitoring. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software while optimizing for speed, scalability, and security.
