Requirements Previous sit-down forklift operating experience required Forklift certification preferred Spanish-language proficiency required Ability to work the full night-shift schedule Experience loading, unloading, stocking, and preparing shipments Ability to work safely in a fast-paced distribution environment Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to train on moving trucks away from trailer doors Ability to follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures Job Duties Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks Move products to designated warehouse locations Stock shelves and organize inventory Pick and pack customer orders Wrap and secure pallets Prepare products and materials for shipment Verify orders for accuracy and proper packaging Maintain a clean and organized work area Train to move trucks away from trailer doors Follow all warehouse, forklift, and shipping safety procedures Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
