Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (Depending on experience)

Schedule:2nd Shift + 3rd Shift (No rotating schedule)

Job Duties



  • Supervise and lead production employees to ensure daily production goals are met.
  • Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency throughout the shift.
  • Schedule and assign work while ensuring proper staffing levels.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift performance to leadership.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.



Production Supervisor Requirements



  • 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with production scheduling, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
