Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Audit Specialist for a temporary assignment supporting dealership warranty compliance and audit activities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong dealership service operations knowledge, warranty administration experience, and audit review expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site warranty audits at automotive dealerships under the direction of a Warranty Audit Lead Auditor.
• Review warranty claims, repair orders, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit materials and documentation prior to dealership visits.
• Analyze findings and assist with audit reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain a professional presence while working directly with dealership personnel.

Travel Requirements

• Regular travel is required.
• Typical schedule includes travel on Monday, conducting audits Tuesday through Thursday (sometimes Friday morning), and returning by early Friday afternoon.
• Most dealership audits last approximately one week.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of dealership service operations, warranty administration, warranty auditing, or related automotive audit experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing repair orders and warranty claims.
• Strong understanding of dealership service department processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, audit preparation, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and professional presentation skills.
