Your Role

As a member of AQR's Family Office team, you will work within the AQR Finance team to help build and support the infrastructure that provides accounting, reporting, and administrative services to AQR Partners. This role offers the opportunity to develop scalable processes while working across a broad range of financial and operational activities.

Responsibilities include:



  • Assist in building, enhancing and executing the processes and controls supporting AQR's Family Office function, including integrating AI concepts and capabilities.
  • Oversee reporting to Partners regarding their AQR ownership interests and related investments in AQR funds.
  • Manage the administration and reporting of AQR's internal seed capital program.
  • Support estate planning administration and reporting, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors as appropriate.
  • Coordinate charitable giving transactions and related documentation for AQR Partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting as the Family Office function continues to evolve.
  • Support the due diligence, administration and reporting of a new seed fund vehicle of AQR.



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a family office, private banking, or public accounting serving high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to build scalable processes and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism and discretion to work directly with AQR Partners.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and with external advisors.
  • High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.



The salary range for this role is expected to be$120,000 to $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is accurate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending upon factors such as skills, experience, location, or other business and organizational needs. This wage range may also be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
