About the Role At Novartis, we are reimagining medicine to improve and extend people's lives. As the Director Gross to Net, you will lead the planning, forecasting, and analysis of approximately $10 billion in Gross-to-Net performance, partnering closely with senior leaders across Market Access, Public Policy, Commercial, and Finance. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, shape financial outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across one of the most complex and impactful areas of the business. Benefits & Rewards The salary for this position is expected to range between160,300.00 - 297,700.00 USD Annual per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
