Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position - no previous experience required
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

• Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch and assemble materials
• Follow patterns, production specifications, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform finishing tasks and prepare products for the next stage of production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
