Job description
Job Description: We are seeking an IT Support Analyst for Content Management (ECMs), eCTD Publishing, and Product Registration


Responsibilities


  • Ensure day-to-day second-level support for incident management, including queue management and timely resolution of incidents.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert and technology expert for the publishing tool, LORENZ DocuBridge.
  • Assess release notes with the process owner.
  • Upgrade the system and resolve related issues.
  • Provide support to assigned projects, including installation, qualification, and release activities.
  • Support qualification activities as needed, including writing and executing assigned Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification scripts.
  • Work and collaborate with a global team.
  • Support a global user base.
  • Learn new technical skills.



Skills Needed


  • Autonomous and self-motivated.

  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Flexible attitude toward work assignments and new learning.
  • System-administration experience with both cloud/SaaS and on-premises applications.
  • Experience with REST APIs and application-integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of document-management systems, Veeva Vault RIM and Quality, or LORENZ DocuBridge is a plus.
  • Veeva Vault Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in common database technologies, including Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience in regulatory and eCTD submission publishing; at least three years is preferred.
  • Experience in Computer Systems Validation is preferred.
  • Experience with DocXtools, DXC Toolbox, PleaseReview, and StartingPoint is a plus.
  • Openness to supporting other systems as needed.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with colleagues, other IT teams, and vendors.
  • Team player.
  • Quality-focused with strong attention to detail.
