Position Summary Reporting to the Residence Hall Director (RHD) and serving as a member of the three-person leadership team for the assigned residence hall, this live-in position manages the residence hall's day-to-day community development initiatives and programs in an effort to create residential living/learning communities. Supervises Resident Assistants (RAs) and advises hall council. Provides crisis intervention to residents; assesses nature of problems and resolves or refers to supervisor for resolution. Conducts investigations of alleged violations of University and residence policies; holds meetings, determines degree/seriousness of violations, and issue sanctions. This position is responsible for assigned after-hours/weekend/holiday on-call duties on a rotational basis to address any residence hall based emergency. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,000 to USD $84,700. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
