Job Summary: The HRIS Business Analyst will lead the evaluation, selection, governance, and implementation of enterprise candidate sourcing solutions supporting the Judiciary's national recruitment efforts. This role serves as the primary liaison between courts, Human Resources stakeholders, leadership, and technology vendors to identify sourcing platforms that enhance candidate attraction, engagement, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline development. The selected individual will conduct stakeholder engagement sessions, perform market research, evaluate sourcing technologies, develop governance frameworks, and oversee implementation activities to ensure successful adoption across participating courts.
