Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of real estate projects, including expansions, space reconfigurations, shared workspace initiatives, and office relocations.
• Coordinate effectively with corporate real estate teams and various business partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
• Oversee initiatives from initial design through final implementation, applying creative problem-solving techniques and conducting thorough supporting analysis.
• Provide essential support for broader strategic priorities related to financial advisory services, contributing to key business goals.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, lookup formulas, and comprehensive data analysis.

• Ability to independently lead initiatives, navigate complex situations, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
