We have an exciting opening for a Maintenance I position in Forest City, NC. This 1st shift position is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing equipment and facilities operate efficiently and safely. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of standard CNC vertical and horizontal milling centers, CNC lathes and grinders. They will also possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Your main responsibilities 1. Equipment Maintenance: We are looking for a talent with * High school diploma or GED; a technical certificate or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
